Class action settlement against Honda - odometers in Ontario? - car warranty in ontario
We were notified by mail about a class action suit against Honda, because the odometer at 5% reduction in accuracy. Obviously it would be for the things he had his place in our car after the warranty expires will be refunded (after 5%). Has anyone else notice this or knows anything about this?

Yes, I do. But my car had no major problems with + or - 5% of the 36K warranty, so that there is nothing for me.
Applies only to those who had problems at 36K miles + 5%.
So, if you have a repair after 36.000 miles 37.800 miles before you get in return for a refund.
We hope that your problem is just between the miles ...
