I am of all oil and skin care cream or olive oil, tired, not everyone works for me.

Have you tried the treatment of hot oil? Work on dry cuticles.
Simply take a small bowl with almond oil or sunflower oil well ... get another bowl slightly larger than the others and fill it with hot water, now you will show the small bowl with oil in it ontop of the hot water in a large bowl.
Soak fingertips in oil for at least 10-15 minutes after you dry your hands, but a gentle massage oil
Other things that can help is to make sure you drink plenty of water and its absorption by the fruit and if you give up smoking vegetables.And sec or decrease, as one of the most important factors that dry nails.
