go with Alli. It blocks the fat had no health risk and is actually approved by the FDA. Watching well as supporting a change in life by what you eat. Ephedrine can mess with your heart and head. I always had a huge headache and I do not know why, but I know it was not good. You have to lower calories and fat, much happier attacked.
If you intend to use diet pills to w / alli go ... I know I said no to preach, but here is what I have lost my natural weight ... no surgery or drugs.
